One day in late 2020, because of an article about the exhibition that the Palace of the Rumyantsevs and the Paskeviches in Gomel published in a local newspaper, a woman, her two sons, and her daughter-in-law came into the museum with their family album. It contained identical family photographs – including a large Artemiev family portrait. They couldn’t believe their eyes; the joining of the Artemiev family in America with the family in Belarus was complete.
